Please read these terms carefully before commissioning any plugin development work. By hiring my services, you agree to these terms.
Service Agreement
- All plugins are developed according to the specifications agreed upon before the project starts.
- Communication will primarily occur through Discord for fastest response times.
- Project timelines are estimated and may vary based on complexity.
- All code remains the intellectual property of Sun-dev until full payment is received.
What's Included
- Custom plugin development based on your requirements.
- Basic documentation for plugin usage and configuration.
- Bug fixes for issues discovered within 30 days of delivery.
- Support via Discord during the development process.
- Source code delivery upon request (after full payment).
What's Not Included
- Hosting or server management services.
- Feature additions after the project scope is finalized.
- Support for modifications made by third parties.
- Compatibility with unlicensed or pirated software.
- Indefinite free support after the 30-day period.
Payment Terms
- 50% upfront payment required to begin development.
- Remaining 50% due upon project completion.
- Payments accepted via PayPal, Crypto, or other agreed methods.
- Refunds available only if work has not begun.
- Additional features requested after start will be quoted separately.
Liability & Disclaimers
- Plugins are provided 'as-is' after the support period ends.
- Not responsible for server issues caused by third-party plugins.
- Not responsible for data loss - always maintain backups.
- Performance depends on server configuration and hosting.
- Right to refuse service for any project at my discretion.
